Refund Policy

At MoleSafe, we strive to provide the highest quality Total Body Photography services to our patients. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and considerate of both our patients and our practice operations.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
  • To request a refund, please contact our office by phone or email within the specified notice period.
  • Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days from the date of the cancellation request.

Special Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. Exclusions to the 48-hour notice requirement may be considered for special circumstances at the discretion of management. Such circumstances may include but are not limited to:

  • Medical emergencies
  • Family emergencies
  • Other unforeseen events

  • To request an exception, please contact our office as soon as possible and provide any relevant documentation or explanation. Management will review each request on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Fee

Please note that certain fees may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Administrative fees
  • Consultation fees
  • Any services rendered prior to cancellation
